Our Story

Founded by a team of mechanical engineers and specialty coffee enthusiasts, Yoshan was born from a simple observation: the world's best roasting machines were designed and manufactured in Europe, but priced out of reach for the majority of the world's growing roasteries.

We set out to change that. Starting with a blank-sheet engineering approach, we built our first drum roaster with the same components trusted by the industry's most demanding operators — Siemens PLC automation, industrial-grade cast iron drums, precision thermocouples — and delivered them at a price point that makes commercial-scale roasting accessible to ambitious roasters at every stage.

Today, Yoshan roasters operate in specialty coffee shops, commercial roasteries, and large-scale industrial processing facilities across Europe, North America, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
